What if I told you there is a place with more than 200 million people ready to consume and eager to have ordinary quality services but are not attended by none. What if I could prove you this place is kept out of traditional economic rules of competition because of misknowledge and ignorance of its tastes and rules? Yes, this land exists and it is called Brazil. It is definitely not only a place of tropical chill cities and people, not only hot weather and exotic travel destiny, the reality is that this place is one of the last few free lunch there is, although, of course, this free lunch comes with strings attached. But catches aside, it needs enterprises and entrepreneurs with enough courage to pioneer and tackle its rustic and exotic rules.

As a Brazilian I understand with some authority what this places lacks. Its people claims above all to be Western, but were raised to be some kind of Russia I mean, not in detriment of Russian people, but a place in its own, some kind of super regional player that would shape its side of the world. But the reality is: unlike Russia, it just can't. So the country seems to be always balancing on a ledge, sometimes acting as a super power, sometimes acting like a war thorn place in need for humanitarian help from developed nations. 

Being direct to the point, I am writing this very blog in an attempt to show that there is serious money to be made here despite all its problems, Brazil is a democracy ruled by the law and constitution and as so, if some right can be proven according to rules, this right would be guaranteed. 

Therefore as hard as it may be, I imagine there is plenty of space and opportunities for small and medium foreign ventures to bring here their operations and profit big, it would help people, shareholders and investors, it's a win win situation. But surely big cats winning with the status quo situation won't let their situation to change easily, that is where a good law consultancy comes handy.

I will try with this blog to explain the path and give guidance to the maze the business and civil code works in Brazil, most of my texts will be in English and eventually I will write in French too, I wish I could have some help to write in Chinese also.
